Along with supervision and psychotherapy, teaching brings excitement to my soul. It is inspiring to help facilitate new learning, be it personal or interpersonal understanding, or the gaining or honing of skills.
Areas of expertise closest to my heart are: helping budding therapists discover and develop their clinical selves and skills; 
symbolic and shadow work; and, of course, teenagers and their families! I’ve taught a CEU class at JFK on The Adolescent Shadow (my speciality), and have been providing didactic and experiential trainings for the Trainees and Interns at Holden High School for several decades. I am approved by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences to provide CEUs to LMFTs, LCSWs, LEPs & LPCCs. Provider #5888.
